OttoApp Account Removal Request

You have a right to remove your account and data from our servers. If you have transactions and other interactions with Organizations using our app, your data will be anonymized, but the record of the transaction will still exist in order to ensure reporting integrity and record retention compliance for organizations that utilize the OttoApp.

To request that your data be deleted, simply enter your phone number below. Also, please indicate whether data from dependent account members (typically youth household members) should also be removed. You will need to verify your phone number by SMS prior to deletion.
