OttoApp Privacy Policy

The OttoApp is a product of Otto Solutions, Inc., an Alpharetta, Georgia corporation. This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use the OttoApp platform (the OttoApp) which includes the mobile apps, marketing website, desktop management application, and application programming interface (API).

The registrations, reservations, and purchases made through the OttoApp are made available by organizations who subscribe to our service. This privacy policy applies to the data that the OttoApp collects only. It does not govern the data collected (through forms, prompts, and custom fields) that may be requested by the organizations on our platform. What data do we collect? 

The OttoApp has a policy whereby we only collect the data that is absolutely necessary to run the platform and provide value to our member organizations. Currently, the OttoApp collects the following data:

        Personally Identifying Data

• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email
• Gender (if needed to qualify for gender-based activities)
• Estimated Date of Birth (if needed to qualify for age-specific - typically youth - activities) We do not require the exact date of birth. For privacy purposes, we use an estimate to determine approximate age.

Note: Other personal data may be requested by our member organizations.While the OttoApp only collects the data listed above, the organizations who list their activities on the OttoApp platform may create their own custom fields and prompts. This policy does not cover those. Please inquire to the organizations where you are participating to inquire about their privacy policies.

        Transactional and Operational Data

• Data related to your financial transactions in the system for purposes of providing reports to our member organizations: date of transaction, amount of transaction, and method of payment
• Data related to entering and exiting our organization’s facilities for purposes of providing reports to our member organizations: date and time of facility entry and exit, party who drops off and picks up minors, activities engaged in during visit, and duration of stay
• Event RSVP submissions
• Activity rating and feedback submissions

        Marketing Website Data

• We use commercially available website analytics products to track visitor traffic and content engagement on our website (both marketing and desktop management sites)

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide the OttoApp with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Create an account on our app
• Enroll for an activity or make a purchase or payment through our app
• Visit the facility of one of our member organizations (not automatic tracking but manually recorded by organization staff or electronic check-in)
• Visit our marketing or desktop management websites
• Indicate an RSVP for an upcoming event
• Provide feedback to your organizations for activities you have participated in

How will we use your data?

The OttoApp collects your data so that we can:

• Manage your account
• Process orders and payments
• Provide reporting to the organizations you interact with

What 3rd parties (besides our company and the organizations who use our product) do we share your data with?

The OttoApp does not share data with any outside parties other than the member organizations whose programs you are participating in or whose products you are purchasing.

How do we store your data?

The OttoApp securely stores your data at 3rd party cloud providers (like AWS and Google).

Data is retained for legal and operational purposes until the user requests that it be deleted or until operational requirements (like storage and performance) dictate.

Marketing 

Otto Solutions, Inc. would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies. While we do not currently send marketing solicitations, it may be possible at a later date. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Otto Solutions, Inc. from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Otto Solutions, Inc. Group.

What are your data protection rights?

Otto Solutions, Inc. would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• The right to access - You have the right to request Otto Solutions, Inc. for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
• The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Otto Solutions, Inc. correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Otto Solutions, Inc. to complete information you believe is incomplete.
